Why exercise? You already know it makes you healthy. I’m sure you know your blood pressure and cholesterol will go down – which means you’ll be more healthy. It also means you’ll have more muscle mass. Plus, you lose weight. Great. All great things.
Yeah, I didn't really care either...
I was already picking up girls. I didn’t need exercise. I was overweight but I was still pretty busy with girls. What would exercise really do for me that I wasn’t doing on my own? Nothing. I was in a good place.
I was wrong.

I’m still not Mr. Athletic and I’m not concerned with it. Some of you will start exercising and immediately take to it. You’ll end up ripped with those cool grooves that really define muscle mass. And some of you won’t. It doesn’t matter.
There’s lots of reasons doctors and magazines and friends will tell you to start exercising…and if they’re exciting to you…start!
But most of the time it’s just not that exciting. I’m just telling the truth. I don’t want to go to the gym…all those guys and girls in the greatest shape and all of them seem to be looking down on everyone who isn’t ripped like they are. That’s because they are looking down on us! LoL. It doesn’t hurt my feelings but in the book [The 48 Laws of Power] it says to stay away from negative people – they WILL take you down with them by turning YOU negative.
So no gym.
Join a league?
Problem is…I don’t want to show up at a sport I KNOW I’ll suck at. If I haven’t been playing it all my life and everyone else has…I know my chances are not good. Sure I can get out there and “give it my best” but let’s face it… that sucks. When somebody tells me to just give it my best I want to laugh and tell them to… “Go screw themselves” but I use the other word.
You can get a trainer and work from your house…that usually helps. I just don’t like spending that kind of money on anything but me and let’s face it…I’m only going to exercise to look better because I know it will raise my pick-up skills to a higher level.

Here’s a FREE workout routine written by my friend Kurt that you can begin now and do at home…for those of you who are a little less lazy than me. Kurt has a brother who is the strength and conditioning coach in the NBA and another who does the same for a major division I college basketball team. Oh and he has about ten New York Times best selling exercise books. He’s the coolest guy and wrote this routine as a favor to me and he didn’t ask but I’m going to link to a couple of his books.
