I’ve found the best Dating Latinas Advice is to catch them is at a junior college – Universities as well but I don’t like to date girls that young – J. colleges tend to have a mixture of young (18-22) and almost young (22-34). If you can catch a girl out of her element it’s much, much easier to pick her up… especially if you seem to “own” the element. (Flirting Lines!)
